HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT

Our boarding facility offers natural lighting and a quiet space for your pup to relax while you’re away. Your dog will spend plenty of time running and playing in our spacious outdoor play area. When it comes to boarding dogs, bigger is not necessarily better. We are committed to keeping the number of dogs and the size of our boarding facility small. Play groups are also kept small in an effort to help dogs not get overwhelmed or overstimulated. This enables us to offer your dog the best care possible. If your dog needs to play solo while boarding, that is not a problem.

We have an online portal where you can easily schedule your stay and pay invoices. All of your dog’s information can be entered into the portal so we will always have it on hand. To schedule a tour, please contact us at [email protected] or 616-425-9122.

Pick-up & Drop-off Hours

Boarding drop-off times are 4pm-6pm Monday-Friday, or Sunday 4pm-6pm.

If you need to drop off in the morning, our times are 7am-9am Monday-Friday, and a daycare fee will be applied.

There are no pick-ups or drop-offs on Saturdays.

There are no morning pick-ups or drop-offs on Sundays, only in the evenings 4pm-6pm.

There are no pick-ups or drop-offs on Major Holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).
